Office Administrator/Secretary
About us:
We are a boutique firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in Knowlhill, Central Milton Keynes. Having been established for over 15 years and have grown our practice organically serving our clients in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas of Buckinghamshire County including London. We are a team of 6 within our offices and follow all safe distancing rules to ensure health and safety.
We are looking for the right individual to join our team. The person would have excellent telephone manners dealing with our clients and supplier alike, good knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc, good with managing other CRM and accounting software (training to be provided). The other duties to include scanning, filling, assisting other team members and various other ad-hoc office duties along with assisting the Director toward smooth running of the practice.
Knowledge & Education
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office software.
Computer literate with the ability to understand different software
Good Telephone manners and excellent interpersonal skills
Educated to A levels of above with at least 2 years of experience in managing an office environment
Office Hours
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break
Holidays
20 days holiday in calendar year from January to December with 1 additional day added to your holiday for every successful year completion with the company
8 Statutory bank holidays above the company holidays

Company pension plan on successful clearing of 3-month probation period.
Salary
£18,000 to £20,000 per annum with annual review
