Fertility Clinic Manager

About you

You will be experienced, having previously managed a Healthcare/Dental Practice for a minimum of two years, have excellent CQC knowledge. We are looking for someone who is confident, resilient and takes pride in offering a warm and personalised outstanding experience to our patients and colleagues alike. This will be a hands-on role with an opportunity for someone to develop their team in a growing organisation.

The ideal candidate

To be considered for this role, in addition to being a Practice/clinic Manager looking for a new challenge, you will also need:

Responsibilities include: 

  • Running financial reports, KPIs MPC, Workflow and compiling clinicians monthly salaries
  • Giving individual staff feedback and regular 1:1 performance reviews
  • Delivering and supporting delivery of the P&L accounts, clinic utilisation, cost management, negotiating, reviewing the marketing, maximise turnover, conversion of leads and retention of patients
  • Line Management of patient services admin team
